Troubleshooting
Ledger Nano X will not connect to your computer.
o The Nano X uses a small rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery. Even when plugged in
the battery needs to have some charge to operate. If your Nano X isn’t
connecting to your computer, leave it plugged in for 15 minutes to ensure the
battery has enough charge to operate normally.
o Check the cable you’re using to connect your Nano X to your computer. If you’re
unable to connect your device, first try an alternate port on your computer. If
you’re still unable to connect try using an alternate cable to connect your device
to your computer.
Ledger Nano X is displaying a Low Battery Warning even after being plugged in for 15
minutes.
o Verify that the cable you are using is connecting to your computer properly. You
should see a small charging indicator in the upper right corner of the screen. If
you don’t see the charging icon, try using an alternate port on your computer.
