OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before plugging the uncapping machine into a line power socket,
make sure that the main switch (fig. 1 B-C) is set to 'O' (as shown in
fig. 1) and that the key is NOT
NOTNOT
NOT inserted on the panel to the left of the
machine.
Plug the DV2 uncapping machine into a power socket.
Make sure that the mushroom-head emergency button on the right of
the control panel, has not been operated.
Turn the main switch (fig. 1 B) to the right.
Control knife heating by actuating the selector switch
‘RISCALDAMENTO INSERITO’ ('Heating’ (fig. 1 E) then wait a few
seconds to allow the knives to heat up to the pre-set temperature.
Set the thermostat (fig. 1 D) as illustrated in paragraph ‘4.0
Thermoregulator operating instructions’ of this manual.
The default temperature – which has been found on average correct
– is 80/90°C.
