Steps for stuffing sausage: grind meat, attach head, insert auger, place plate, secure ring, add meat pan.
Slide casing onto tube, add seasoned meat, turn on grinder, gently push meat with stomper.
Attach grinder head, insert auger, place knife and grinding plate, screw retaining ring, add meat pan.
Cut meat into strips, remove sinew, place in pan, turn on grinder, use stomper to feed meat.

Grinder parts are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash, dry immediately. Lubricate knife and plates.
