No venng measures are required for the g500-B45 … B240 gearboxes.
The g500-B240 gearbox can oponally be equipped with breather elements.
From g500-B450 onwards, the gearboxes are supplied with breather elements
as standard.
To reduce the number of dierent versions, the following gearboxes can also be ordered with
combined mounng posions:

g500-H45 in mounng posion M1-M6 (A-F)
•
g500-H100 ... H450 in mounng posion M1/5/6 (AEF)
In these gearboxes, the lubricant amount has been opmised for the use in
dierent mounng posions. If required, the breather elements are loosely
enclosed and must be mounted before commissioning depending on the
mounng posion.
NOTICE

For gearboxes with venlaon, a gap of at least 30 mm has to be observed to the machine
wall on the corresponding gearbox side.
