Syntax:
http://<servername>/cgi-bin/getdo.cgi?[do1][&do2][&do3][&do4]
If no parameter is specified, all the status of digital output will be returned.

[do3=<state>]\r\n
[do4=<state>]\r\n
where <state> can be H or L.
