If you are not sure about any part of these instructions, consult an electrician.
Use this device with copper or copper clad wire only.
To avoid damage to the product, DO NOT use disinfecting products, including foggers, sprays or other types of atomized cleaning agents.
• DO NOT spray liquid onto the product.
• To clean use a damp cloth with mild soap

1. Remove existing wallplate and switch or dimmer, if applicable.
2A. TO SIDE WIRE: Remove insulation from each circuit conductor per strip gauge on device [approx. 3/4" (1.9 cm)]. Connect wires per appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM as follows:
Loop wires clockwise 3/4 turn around terminal screws. Tighten terminal screws over wire loops using the appropriate torque value, which can be found at Leviton.com/torquevalue.
NOTE: Terminal screws accept up to #12 AWG copper or copper-clad wire.
2B. TO BACK WIRE: Remove insulation from each circuit conductor approx. 1/2" (1.3 cm).
Connect wires per appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM as follows: Insert straight wires under clamps next to appropriate terminal screws. Tighten terminal screws using the appropriate
torque value, which can be found at Leviton.com/torquevalue.
NOTE: Back wire accepts up to #10 AWG copper or copper-clad wire.
3. Using the long mounting screws provided, mount device into outlet box with a minimum depth of 2-3/4" (7.0 cm).
4. Mount wallplate and tighten cover screws.
5. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse.
INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE.
