If the RV-5’s built-in tuner is the currently
selected input, press
o nce to tune to the next
available tuner frequency. Pressing for 2 seconds
activates seek mode, which searches
for the next available radio station. To enter
Scan Mode, press and hold until the display
shows SCAN or SCAN.
When RT-10 or RT-20 playback is activated, scans
through the disc in reverse direction.

When RT-10 or RT-20 playback is activated, scans
through the disc in forward direction.

When a DTS(-ES) source is present, toggles the
ES decoding parameter, cycling through the
AUTO, ON and OFF settings.
Opens the RT-10 or RT-20 disc menu.

Deactivates the output connector labeled
Trigger 1.
Stops playback of the loaded disc.

Activates the Dolby DIGITAL EX or Dolby DIGITAL
listening mode when a 5.1-channel Dolby
Digital source is present. Activates Dolby PLIIx
Movie when a stereo source is present.
Activates RT-10 or RT-20 pause mode.

When a menu is open, scrolls upward through menu items.

Opens the menu structure and selects the
highlighted item. When no menu is open,
opens the MAIN MENU.
Navigates to the right in the RT-10 or RT-20 menu
structure.
