5-2. Steps to take in an emergency
Warning lights Warning light/Details
Vehicle stability control system OFF indicator light
Indicates a malfunction in the VSC or TRAC sys-
tem if the light flashes.
Tire pressure warning light
Indicates:
• Low tire pressure if the light comes on
• Malfunction in the tire pressure warning sys-
tem if the light stays on after blinking for 1
minute
Rear light failure warning light
Indicates a malfunction in:
• Tail light
• Stop light
■ If the malfunction indicator lamp remains on while driving
First check the following:
● Check fuel level, if the fuel tank is empty, refuel immediately.
● Check the fuel tank cap, if the fuel tank cap is loose, tighten it securely.
The light will go off after driving regularly for some time.
If the light does not go off even after several trips, contact your Lexus dealer as soon
as possible.
