There are a few reasons why your LG LCD TV might be turning off unexpectedly. One possibility is that the power supply is unstable, so check your power control settings. Also, the Auto sleep feature might be enabled in the Time settings. Finally, the TV is designed to turn off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity if there's no signal.
