PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN –
RECOMMENDATION
Annual:
- Perform Electrical Safety test
- Perform QA task according to local Radiologic Regulation
- Recommended annual QA procedure
Procedure Interval
Viewing Condition Check and Setting Annually
Display Calibration Annually
Image Quality Check - SMPTE Pattern Annually
Regularly, e.g. once per Month:
- Check the integrity of the power cord and inspect its routing, so that it is not under the risk of being
punched or cut.
- Check the integrity of the protective earth connection
- Check and cleaning for contamination of ventilation opening on rear housing.
- To keep the optimal viewing conditions of LCD PANEL, periodically check that it is correctly operation

Daily:
- To maintain the screen, clean by keeping the display screen free from any objects (dust, finger print, etc.) of
the display (Recommended equipment: Lint free cloth.)
- Check housing for physical Damage
- Check cabling for Damage and trip hazard
- Perform visual check to verify Display Performance
