Check USB jack
(JK4300 or JK4302 or JK4303)

If device is 2.5 inch HDD,
Check power adaptor
Replace Jack
Check 5V voltage level at Bead or Jack

Replace one of
IC4303(USB1) or IC4306(USB2/3) and then check

Maybe IC4200(USB1/2) or IC100(USB1/2/3)
has problems. Replace It.
• Exception
- USB power could be disabled by inrushing current
- In this case, remove the device and try to reboot the TV (AC power off/on)
