  If your LG Digital Signage power won’t turn on, first check if the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. If you are operating in below zero temperature, the enclosure may not work for up to one hour to raise the internal temperature of the enclosure. For models with a circuit breaker, verify that the circuit breaker has been connected properly and that the switch is set to on (red). Also, try turning the power on after disconnecting the AC adapter and cleaning the contacting port. Ensure the LAN cable is not damaged when using POE, and do not connect an AC adapter when using POE power.

Ensure your PC’s power cord is firmly plugged into a power outlet and restart your PC. If the system is down due to an unstable network, reconnect the LAN cable or restart your PC. Check the signal cable connection between your PC and the product, and make sure the product is powered on. Always connect the power cord to a grounded outlet to avoid breaks or touch errors. Also, check if the screen is currently on.
