If your LG Air Conditioner isn't cooling or heating effectively, start by checking the air filter. See the air filter cleaning instructions. Also, ensure that the temperature is set correctly and that the air inlet or outlet vents of the indoor unit are not blocked. If the room was very hot when you first turned on the air conditioner, allow time for it to cool down.
