5. Touch From Contacts, From
Favorites or New Contact.
Select a Contact entry or create
the entry.
ICE Contact Assigned is displayed.

Entering Your ICE Personal Info
1. Unlock the Touch Screen by
sliding the image up to
unlock or press the Unlock Key
( ) on the right side of your
phone and touch to access
the menu.

helpful in an emergency (e.g., your
medical record number), then

8. My Name Card
Allows you to create, edit and view all
of your own Contact information
including name, phone numbers, and
email address.
1. Unlock the Touch Screen by

phone and touch to access
the menu.
2. Touch the Contacts icon .
3. Place your finger on the Touch
Screen and apply gentle upward
pressure to scroll the list up, then
touch My Name Card.
4. Touch .
5. Enter your information as necessary,
then touch .
