Usage Features

Installation: The appliance requires a firm, level floor for installation, with minimum clearances of 20 mm at the sides and 100 mm behind for hoses and airflow. It comes with transit bolts that must be removed before operation and levelling feet for stability. Anti-slip sheets are provided for slippery surfaces. Water supply hoses are connected to the water tap and the appliance, ensuring proper sealing. The drain hose should be secured and not placed higher than 100 cm above the floor.

Operation Overview: Before the first wash, a Cotton wash program with half detergent should be run without clothes to remove manufacturing residues. Clothes should be sorted by fabric type, soil level, and color. Detergent and softener are added to a dispenser drawer with specific compartments for main wash, pre-wash, and liquid fabric softener. The control panel features a Power On/Off button, a Programme Knob for cycle selection, a Start/Pause button, and various extra options and functions.

Washing Programmes: The manual details several washing programs including Cotton, Cotton+, Mixed Fabric, Easy Care, Silent Wash, Allergy Care, Baby Steam Care, Delicates, Hand/Wool, Quick 30, Dry Only, Wash+Dry, and Tub Clean. Maintenance Features

Cleaning After Every Wash:

  • Remove items promptly to prevent wrinkling, color transfer, and odor.
  • Wipe the door and door seal to remove moisture.
  • Leave the door slightly open to dry the drum.
  • Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth.

Cleaning the Exterior:

  • Wipe spills immediately.
  • Clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  • Avoid pressing on surfaces with sharp objects.

Cleaning the Door:

  • Wash outside and inside with a damp cloth, then dry.

Cleaning the Appliance Periodically:

  • Tub Clean: Run this program once a month (or more often if needed) to reduce detergent and softener build-up and prevent bad smells or mildew.
  • Water Inlet Filter: Clean every six months (or more often in hard water areas) to remove lime or sediment. This involves turning off the water supply, unscrewing the hose, removing the filter, and cleaning it with a brush.
  • Drain Pump Filter and Emergency Water Evacuation: Clean every six months to ensure smooth running. This involves draining remaining water, unscrewing the filter, removing debris, and reinserting it carefully.
  • Dispenser Drawer: Remove and clean the drawer and its components once or twice a month to prevent detergent and softener build-up, mold, or foreign substances. Rinse with warm water and clean the recess with a cloth or non-metal brush.
