Try rearranging the load to allow for proper spinning, then close the door and press the Start/Pause button. It may take a moment for the appliance to begin spinning, and the door must be locked. Also, if the load is too small, add 1 or 2 similar items or smaller articles to help balance the load, then close the door and press Start/Pause button.

Finally, if you have an aqua stop supply hose and notice water leakage with a red indicator, replace the hose.
