Why is there water in or around my LG Freezer?

  If you notice water inside or outside of your LG appliance, check for leaks around the appliance, such as from a sink. Also, inspect the bottom of the appliance for water from thawed frozen food or a broken container.

Why are the sides of my LG Freezer warm?

  The heat releasing pipe to prevent condensation is installed on the front and side of the LG Freezer. You may feel it particularly hot right after the appliance is installed or during the summer. This is normal.
