  If your LG Refrigerator isn't cooling or freezing properly, check if the fridge or freezer temperature is set to its warmest setting. If so, set it to a colder setting. Also, ensure the appliance isn't in direct sunlight or near heat sources. If it is, reinstall it away from heat generating objects. Make sure you cool hot food before storing it and maintain appropriate space between food items. Ensure the doors are completely closed and nothing is obstructing them. Finally, ensure there is enough space around the appliance; adjust its position if needed.

  If your LG Refrigerator is not producing ice or produces a small amount of ice, consider these points: * If you recently installed the appliance, it takes about 48 hours for the ice maker to produce ice normally. * Ensure the water supply pipe is connected and the supply valve is fully open. * Check if the water supply hose is bent, which could compromise water flow. * If you dispensed a large amount of ice recently, allow about 24 hours for more ice to be produced. * Verify that the ice maker switch or the automatic icemaker button on the control panel is set to ON. * Ensure the freezer temperature is set to -18 °C for proper ice maker operation. * Avoid frequently opening the appliance door, and ensure it is completely closed.

  If water does not come out of your LG Refrigerator's dispenser, open the water supply valve. Also, check if the fridge compartment temperature is too cold, as the water filter can freeze and block the water flow. Make sure the water dispenser tank is filled. If you are using unfiltered water, the filter may be clogged early due to heavy metals or foreign substances.
