Voice Receiver path as below:

Start
Change the Main board

Connect the phone to network
Equipment and setup call
Setup 1KHz tone out

Can you hear the tone?
YES

Change the SPK Module
Hear the tone to the receiver?
NO

The sine wave appear
at TP1, TP2?
The sine wave appear
at Speaker Solder pads?
Check the IC1&FPCB Con.
Or Change LCD_FPCB
