3.5 OFF-CHIP RF COMPONENTS
3.5.1 Sky77521 (U20: FEM)
Sky77521 is transmit and receive Front End Module(FEM), compact form factor for quad-band cellular
handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 operation. WCDMA switch-through support is
provided by two dedicated high-linearity ports.

3.5.2 W-CDMA Dual-Band POWER AMPLIFIER (U14: Sky77195)
The SKY77195 Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is a fully matched, 14-pad, surface mount module developed
for Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) applications. This small and efficient module packs
full WCDMA Band I and Band VIII coverage into a single compact package.
