Check that the refrigerator or freezer doors are closed properly, as water won't dispense if they're open. If the water filter was recently replaced, dispense 2.5 gallons of water. Ensure the tubing connecting the refrigerator to the house supply valve isn't kinked. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact a plumber.
