[SVC Notice] [Screen Whitening] Screen Whitening by EMI tape attachment error on module source PCB

Applicable for Serial Number: All Serial Numbers
1. Repair Instruction
① Check the TV with Power ON (Backlight On)
② Check for the symptom.
- White Screen on TV
③ After disassembling the SET Stand / Back cover / Stand Bracket / Speaker and disassemble LCM Lower’s
SPCB Cover shield (Both L/R).
④ Check Module SPCB EMI Tape attachment position and status.
- If NG (See page 4~7), detach Module SPCB EMI Tape, and reattach to the OK area, avoid V_COM pattern.
- Follow specific repair attaching Guide (See page 4~7).
⑤ Checking improvement
- Follow specific repair attaching Guide and confirm the Picture is corrected.
