Rusting Issue SVC Guide
※ Reference : This bulletin does not change the service procedure.
This instruction is provided to clarify the service policy.
1) Expense Guide
- Top load washing machines within one (1) year after purchase (no charge).
2) Service Procedure
- If the cabinet top is rusting, the top plate, dispenser funnel and dispenser reservoir must all be replaced together,
using the regular service procedures available in the service manual.

1) Remove the front panel and main PCB assembly
① Remove five (5) panel screws attaching the panel on
the back.
② Disassemble the rear panel.
③ Push the two (2) front deco hooks.
④ Disassemble the front deco.
⑤ Remove two (2) screws on the top cover.
⑥ Pull the front panel back.
Remove one (1) screw on the protect cover.
⑦ Disassemble the protective cover.
⑧ Disconnect the leads from the controller.
