A griddle can be used with the center oval burner.
Oven Functions:
- Bake: For pastries, breads, and casseroles (170 °F - 550 °F, default 350 °F).
- Convection Bake/Roast: Uses a fan to circulate heat for faster, more even cooking. Auto Conversion automatically subtracts 25 °F / 14 °C from the standard recipe temperature.
- Broil: Uses intense heat from the upper element for meats, fish, and vegetables. Designed for closed-door broiling.
- Air Fry: Oil-free frying with automatic temperature increase of 50 °F for optimal performance (300 °F - 550 °F). No preheating required.
- Air Sous-Vide: Low and slow cooking for vacuum-packed foods (100 °F - 205 °F). No preheating required.
- Frozen Meal: Specifically designed for frozen prepared meals, heating from top and bottom for even browning (300 °F - 550 °F). No preheating required.
- Proof: Maintains a warm oven for rising yeast-leavened products (92 °F).
- Warm/Keep Warm: Maintains an oven temperature of 170 °F for up to 3 hours after cooking.
- Timed Cook: Sets the oven to cook for a specific duration, then automatically turns off.
- Delayed Timed Cook (Start Time): Delays the start of a timed cook function.
- Meat Probe: Measures internal food temperature, automatically shutting off the oven when the set temperature is reached (80 °F - 210 °F).
- InstaView: Knock twice on the glass door panel to illuminate the oven interior without opening the door.
- Control Lock: Locks the control panel and oven mode knob (cooktop still functions).
- Sabbath Mode: Deactivates automatic oven shut-off and keeps oven function buttons and cooktop knobs inactive.

- Knob Lighting: Illuminates the edge of the knob when operating heating elements (excluding Mode Knob).
Maintenance Features
Cleaning:
- Interior: EasyClean and Self Clean functions. EasyClean uses water for 10 minutes at low temperatures to loosen light soils for hand cleaning. Self Clean uses high temperatures for 3, 4, or 5 hours for heavy, built-up soils. Oven racks and accessories should be removed before Self Clean.
- Exterior: Control panel, front manifold panel, and knobs can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Stainless steel surfaces should be cleaned with a stainless steel cleaner, rubbing with the grain.
- Gas Surface Burners: Burner caps and heads should be cleaned routinely with hot soapy water. Burner ports should be kept clean for even flame.
- Oven Door: Clean with soapy water; glass cleaner can be used on the outside glass. Do not clean the oven door gasket.
- Broiler Pan and Grid: Can be washed with hot soapy water or commercial oven cleaner.
- Oven Racks: Clean with a mild, abrasive cleaner.
- Vent Louvers: Clean with a vacuum cleaner with a brush or crevice attachment.
Periodic Maintenance:
- Changing Oven Light: Standard 40-watt halogen lamp. Requires disconnecting electrical power and ensuring the oven is cool before replacement.
