Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce potatoes several times with fork. After
cooking, let stand covered with foil for 5 min.
Place rice & water with

Cover with lid or plastic wrap.
** Rice -- After cooking time, stir rice and let stand for 5 to 10 min.
