It also incorporates smart functions through the LG ThinQ application, allowing remote control, smart pairing with a washer, smart diagnosis, push alerts, and energy monitoring.

Drying Programs:
- Sensor Drying:
- Cotton+ (Max. 9 kg): For energy-efficient drying of normal cotton items.
- Cotton (Max. 9 kg): For normal items like cotton, linen, shirts, jeans, or mixed loads.
- Mixed Fabric (Max. 4 kg): Dries mixed fabrics simultaneously, excluding delicate or special garments.
- Easy Care (Max. 3.5 kg): For clothes that do not need ironing, such as polyamide, acrylic, polyester.
- Duvet (Max. 2.5 kg): For blankets, bulky items, pillows, comforters, sheets, or pet bedding.

Maintenance Features
Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity of the dryer.
Cleaning after Every Dry:
- Lint Filter: Must be cleaned before and after every use. The inner filter should be pulled out from the outer filter, opened, cleaned of lint (using a vacuum cleaner or running water), dried completely, and reassembled. The outer filter should be cleaned after every 10 drying cycles or when lint accumulates.
- Water Container: Must be emptied after every use. If the optional drain hose is installed, manual emptying is not required.
Cleaning the Appliance Periodically:
- Moisture Sensor: Should be wiped regularly with a dry, rough acrylic sponge to remove lime scale build-up. Abrasive materials should not be used.
- Cool Air Inlet Grill: Should be vacuumed 3-4 times a year to ensure proper airflow.
- Draining Remaining Condensed Water: Regularly drain any stagnant water from the appliance base to prevent odors, especially before extended periods of non-use or in cold weather to prevent freezing.
- Drum Clean Feature: A cleaning function to reduce unpleasant odors inside the drum. It involves emptying the water container, turning on the appliance, pressing the Drum Care button, and starting the 3-hour cleaning cycle. The water container should be emptied again after the cycle.
- Condenser Clean Feature: The appliance automatically washes lint from the condenser. However, manual cleaning can be performed by pouring 1 liter of clean water into the water container compartment, pressing and holding the Condenser Care button for 3 seconds, and then starting the 1-hour cleaning cycle. The water container should be emptied after the cycle.
Safety Precautions for Maintenance:
- Always remove the power plug before cleaning to prevent electric shock.
- Do not spray water inside or outside the appliance.
- Do not load or remove clothes when the lint filter is not in place to prevent clothes from dropping into the filter inlet and causing malfunction.
- Do not drink condensed water or reuse it.
