No power problem occurs when you power on the unit.

1-2-1. Solution
Replace D951, IC901.
1-2-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
Case 1) PVDD (36 V) abnormal: Check D951 and replace it.
Case 2) If case 1 is not problem: Check IC901 and replace it.
