Ingredients for marinade
1 grated onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon saffron
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Prepare chicken pieces as below.
- Wings (bone-in) / Breasts (skinless, under 1.5cm thickness)
2. Combine the ingredients of the marinade, marinate the chicken pieces for 3-4
hours.
3. Skewer the pieces of chicken with the rotisserie bar. Note that the bar pass the
center of pieces.
4. Insert the rotisserie bar into the rotisserie holder over the metal tray.
(Refer to the Rotisserie cook for details on page 41-45).
5. Choose the menu and weight, press start.

2 grated onion
3 tablespoons saffron water
5 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine the ingredients of the marinade, marinate the chicken for 3-4 hours.
2. Skewer the chicken with the rotisserie bar. Note that the bar pass through the
chicken completely.
3. Tie its feet, wings and body with a cotton thread and insert the bar into the
rotisserie holder over the metal tray. (Refer to the Rotisserie cook for details on
page 41-45).
4. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. After cooking, remove from the oven. Stand covered with aluminum foil for 5
minutes before serving.
