How to make yogurt
• Pour a 1000ml milk into a proper heat-resistant bowl with cover.
• Boil it to proper temperature (up to 60-70°C) and then cool down to about 40°C
• Add 150ml natural yogurt into a bowl and stir well.
• Place covered bowl in the oven.
• Choose the menu, and set cook time 5-8 hours.
How to raise yeast dough
• Place the dough in a proper heat-resistant bowl and cover with baking wrap or damp
cloth.
• Place the bowl in the oven.
• Choose the menu, and set cook time to about 40 minutes until the dough has doubled in
volume.
Use this function to warm plates to a hot and comfortable temperature.
** Be Careful when removing the container it may be hot.
