Place food in an appropriately sized microwave - safe bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
Place the bowl on the low rack on the metal tray.
Choose the menu, press start.
After cooking, stir and allow to stand for 3 minutes.

Wash and dry potatoes.
Pierce potatoes several times with a fork.

After cooking, stand covered with foil for 5 minutes.

Prepare as desired, wash and leave residual water on the vegetables.
Place food in an appropriately sized microwave - safe bowl.
Add amount of water according to the quantity. (1-2 cups : 2 tablespoons,
3-4 cups : 4 tablespoons) Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
Place the bowl on the low rack on the metal tray.
Choose the menu, press start.
After cooking, stir and allow to stand for 3 minutes.
