1. SMPS PART (POWER ON)
Start (AC In)
Check the F1, U1, R24, R25, R26.
Voltage between pin1 & 2 of the CN21
is whether 21 V?
Please check the Main board.
Repair the components described above.
Check the RS1, R9, C8.
