e After completing product connection on the LG Soundbar app, you will see “CONNECTED” appear
on the status display on the product.
Note
• If the router password contains some special characters (such as ` ' " + / \ ; : - _ ^ & () <>) or
emoticons, the soundbar may not be connected. It is recommended to set a password using a
combination of English letters and numbers.
• It is recommended to set the security type of the wireless router to WPA2.
• You cannot configure or control the product with the LG ThinQ app.
