2. Select the item of your choice by using , then

G Scheduler / Reserve Call / Anniversary / Memo / All
3. Select the Year of your choice by using , then
press .
NOTE You can search all years by pressing Soft Key 1
All.
4. Select the Month of your choice by using , then
press .
NOTE You can search all months of a year by pressing
Soft Key 1 All.
5. Enter Keyword or press Soft Key 2 Find.

Can be used to delete old records which may not be
useful anymore.
1. Press , , , .
2. To delete information, use to select, then press
Sel.
3. Press Soft Key 1 Del.
