Note that the drum may stop temporarily during certain cycles to heat the water.

If the detergent dispenser is not cleaned regularly, odors can result from mold or foreign substances; remove and clean the detergent dispenser, especially the top and bottom of the dispenser’s opening.

Check if the water supply tap is closed and ensure the drain pump filter isn't clogged.
