Regularly clean the gasket and door seal, checking under the door seal for small items when unloading the appliance. Also, be sure to clean the drain pump filter regularly.

  If your LG Washer is not operating, first, press the Power button to turn it on. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and that the water supply tap is fully turned on. Make sure that the cycle is correctly set. Close the door and press the Start/Pause button. Also, ensure that nothing is caught under the door preventing it from closing completely. Check house circuit breakers/fuses and replace fuses or reset the breaker if needed. If the issue persists, press the Power button, reselect the desired program, and press the Start/Pause button again. Check another tap in the house to ensure adequate household water pressure. Note that the drum may stop temporarily during certain cycles while water is safely heated.
