  The OE WATER OUTLET ERROR on your LG Washer/Dryer indicates a problem with the water draining. This may be because the drain hose is kinked, pinched, or clogged; ensure the drain hose is free of obstructions. Also, the end of the drain hose should be no more than 96 inches (2.4 m) above the bottom of the washer. If it is higher, move the end of the drain hose to the correct height.
