OVERSUDSING
DETECTION
Oversudsing of detergent
Do not add more than the manufacturer’s recommended amount of detergent.
To remove suds, turn the washer off then back on, then run the Rinse+Spin cycle.
If too many suds are detected during spinning, the washer stops to help prevent leaking.

WATER LEVEL
SENSOR ERROR
Water level is too low or high compared to the load.
Unplug the washer and wait for 60 minutes. Reconnect power and try again.
If the error code is still displayed, call for service.
FF
FROZEN ERROR
Inlet hose, drain hose or drain pump is frozen.

CL
CONTROL LOCK
FUNCTION
The Control Lock function is on to prevent anyone from changing cycles or operating
the washer.
Turn off the Control Lock function in the control panel. See Control Lock under Options
and Extra Functions.

TUB CLEAN ALARM
It is time to run the Tub Clean cycle.
This is not an error code. It indicates that the Tub Clean cycle is running or needs to be run
to clean the washer drum.

VIBRATION SENSOR
ERROR
Vibration sensor malfunctions.
Call for service.

ezDispense ERROR 1
The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease.
After putting the detergent into the detergent reservoir, it was left for a long time and
the detergent hardened.
Clean the detergent reservoir thoroughly, fill it with liquid detergent, install it in the
drawer, and run a wash cycle. If
E d1 is displayed continuously, call for service.

ezDispense ERROR 2
The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease.
Call for service.

ezDispense ERROR 3
The amount of fabric softener in the softener reservoir did not decrease.
After putting the fabric softener into the softener reservoir, it was left for a long time
and the fabric softener hardened.
Clean the softener reservoir thoroughly, fill it with liquid fabric softener, install it in the
drawer, and run a wash cycle. If
E d3 is displayed continuously, call for service.

ezDispense ERROR 4
The amount of liquid fabric softener in the softener reservoir did not decrease.
Call for service.

ezDispense ERROR 5
The amount of liquid detergent/ fabric softener in the detergent/ softener reservoir did
not decrease.
Call for service.

ERROR
The washer was operated without completely closing the drawer.
The drawer was opened during the washer operation.
Push the drawer completely closed. If
O PN is displayed continuously, call for service.
