  If your LG Washer displays the IE Inlet Error, make sure that the water supply faucets are fully open and that the water inlet hoses are not kinked, pinched, or crushed behind or under the washer. Also, the water inlet filters may be clogged and need cleaning. Check another faucet in the house to ensure household water pressure is adequate and flow is not restricted. Do not use leak-limiting hoses, as they can falsely trip and prevent the washer from filling.

  If your LG Washer is not filling properly, ensure that both the hot and cold water faucets are fully turned on. Check that the inlet hoses are not kinked or clogged. Also, make sure the inlet filters on the fill valves are not clogged and that the washer door is completely closed. Remember, this is a High-Efficiency (HE) washer, so the water will not normally cover the clothes.
