reservation?
Connector to the S.F S/W or
VIOLET(VL) 2 PIN
CONNECTOR to the P.W.B ASM
has bad connection.
S.F S/W or BALL PRESSURE
SENSOR is bad or bad contact.
Is placed magnetic in LID-B?
Connector the Ball Pressure
Sensor(Pressure Switch) or
BLUE(BL) 3 pin connector to
P.W.B ASM has bad connection.
Ball Pressure Sensor
(Pressure Switch) is bad.
(In the initial state of QC TEST
MODE, the number on the
DISPLAY is less than 63 or
more than 70)
Check the connections at the AC
motor and at the WHITE 6-pin
connector at the main board.
Test AC motor or coupling to
determine it is not detective.
Check MOTOR, CLUTCH,
V-BELT, CONDENSOR.
Check over all connectors if
they have bad connection.
Closed the lid.
Closed the lid.
Correct the connector contact.
Check and replace S.F S/W or
BALL PRESSURE SENSOR.
Change the LID-B.
Correct the connector contact.
Replace Ball Pressure
Sensor(Pressure Switch).
Reseat the connector.
Replace the AC motor if
necessary.
Replace the coupling or Clutch
housing if necessary.
Adjust or replace those parts.
Correct the connectors contact.
Clutching is failed
