What to do if my LG Water Filtration Systems does not dispense water?

  If your LG Water Filtration System isn't dispensing water, first ensure the valve at the water source connection is open. Also, check that the power plug is correctly plugged into the outlet socket. If the filter replacement period has passed, request a filter replacement. If water still doesn't come out when you press the discharge lever, contact LG customer care service.

  If the purification amount of your LG Water Filtration System has suddenly reduced, check if it's time to replace the filter and request a filter replacement. Also, ensure that the water supply valve is open.
