Important Treatment Summary
Continue to comb the hair daily for at least two weeks during an infestation to ensure all lice and eggs have been eliminated.
If there is an ongoing outbreak, daily treatment is essential to ensure reinfestation does not occur. To assist in preventing the
problem of reinfestation thereafter, continuing to use the V-Comb twice a week is recommended.
1. Ensure hair is clean and free of knots or tangles.
2. Section and separate the hair. Focus on one section at a time before moving on.
3. Keep sections of hair smaller for better results (no wider than the teeth of the comb).
4. Begin combing from the nape of the neck and work your way to the top of the head.
5. With each section of hair, comb through at all angles several times.
6. Comb thoroughly and regularly during an infestation - persistency is the key to successful head lice removal!
