OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before using the InfraZen Far
Infrared PEMF Mat. Keep this manual for reference.
The InfraZen may be used for PEMF therapy, FIR therapy, or PEMF + FIR
therapy. See instructions below and on the following pages.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
1. Display Window: The display window
shows the set time, temperature, and
PEMF frequency.
2. Time Button: Press the button to
select time. Use the + / - buttons
to set the time from 5–60 minutes.
During the first use, the default time
is 30 minutes. After the first use, the
system will remember and default to
the last-used time.
3. Temperature Button: Press once to
turn on FIR. Press a second time to
select the temperature, then use the
+ / - buttons to set the temperature
from 86–176 °F. The temperature is
room temperature by default.
4. Frequency Button: Press once to turn
on PEMF. Press a second time to select
the PEMF frequency, then use the
+ / - buttons to set the frequency from 1–30 Hz. During the first use, the
default frequency is 30 Hz. After the first use, the system will remember
and default to the last-used time.
5. + / - Buttons: Press the buttons to increase/decrease the selection:
time, temperature, or PEMF frequency.
6. Power Button: Press to turn the on the mat. PEMF and FIR are off by
default. Press a second time to turn off the mat.
NOTE: Press and hold the Time button for 5 seconds to switch from
Fahrenheit to Celsius.
