LIGHT THERAPY TREATMENT PLAN
Commit to a 3-month treatment plan with the LumiNova. You could see
pain-relief results sooner, or even immediately, but full benefits may not be
achieved until you have completed three months of treatment. Be patient
and consistent, using the LumiNova for a maximum of 20 minutes per
session, up to 3 times a day, for a full 3 months.
Do not stop your other pain-relief
treatments (especially any prescribed
medication) abruptly when you begin
light therapy treatment, even when
you begin to feel results. If you feel
significant improvement after 3–4
weeks of treatment, discuss future
pain management options with your
doctor or therapist.
