TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Quickly troubleshoot simple issues you might experience using the table

ISSUE POSSIBLE REASON HOW TO RESOLVE
THE DEVICE IS
NOT WORKING.
Device is not turned on.
Press and hold the On/Off
button for 2 seconds. The
device will enter standby mode
and the power indicator light
will glow blue.
Device is in standby mode.
Quickly press the On/Off
button to turn on the red LED
lights. Quickly press the Switch
button to toggle between red
and blue LED lights.
Device battery needs to be
charged.
Fully charge the device
battery. While charging, the
power indicator light will glow
red. When fully charged the
indicator light will turn green.
THE DEVICE
STOPPED
WORKING
SUDDENLY.
The device automatically
shuts off after 20 minutes
of continuous use.
Turn the device on again to
begin a new therapy session.
The device automatically
shuts off if left in standby
mode for more than 70
seconds.
