The LumiNova is designed for ease of use with a straightforward setup and operation. To begin, users should charge the device for 10 hours before initial use using the included USB-C to USB-A charging cable. The power indicator light glows red while charging and turns green when fully charged. To power on, press and hold the On/Off button for 2 seconds to enter standby mode, indicated by a blue power indicator light.
For light therapy treatment, position the device comfortably around the neck, ensuring the middle LED panel is at the back of the neck. In standby mode, quickly press the On/Off button to start the default near-infrared/red light therapy.
