ShoreTel
When a call is placed between two LifeSize systems that are using the ShoreTel PBX, either the call does not
connect or the presentation fails. Also, a SIP call to LifeSize Multipoint 230 using the ShoreTel PBX

during the call. Attempting to start a subsequent presentation fails. The same issue occurs if the presentation

the presentation. (END-10874, END-15411, END-15332)

Workaround: Enable H.460.19 demultiplexing mode in Tandberg VCS Expressway.
1. Navigate to VCS Configuration : Expressway : Locally registered devices.
2. Set H.460.19 demultiplexing mode to On. (END-14559)
