When you want the best possible meeting experience, Lifesize Icon 700 delivers. This complete 4K solution
will change how you think of video calls. The stunning picture quality and breathtaking zoom effortlessly
extend your meetings beyond the meeting room.
The ideal demo environment to showcase the exceptional quality of the solution involves a Lifesize Icon
700 demo setup in two locations: your office and your customer’s location (or another location within your
office).
Recommendations for demo setup

DO showcase the exceptional 4K quality of both the video and content sharing of Lifesize Icon 700
with the Lifesize service. Make sure to choose a 4K video content source that shows off the ability
of the system and service to show 4K content in full motion. Make sure that the background behind
the people on the demo call is well lit and has colorful, detailed items. This will showcase the
overall video quality of this solution

DO make demo calls only between two Lifesize Icon 700 systems, each paired to the new Lifesize
cloud service. Limit your demos to only this call scenario. While you can use VMRs and escalated
calls on this new cloud service account, multiparty calls and those in VMRs will be at 1080p
resolution not 4K.

DO NOT make calls to or from users, room systems or VMRs in your existing Lifesize account or to

party systems and services.
