15.1: In some cases, the shed doors may not completely line up at the tops (fi g. 1). When this happens, identify
which side is higher and use a shim (BE) to slightly raise the back corner of the high side until doors line up (fi g. 2). If
doors need further adjustment, insert another shim under the front corner opposite of the fi rst shim. If the doors still
need further adjustment, stack additional shims (one at a time) alternating between the back and front shims.
15.2: After doors are aligned, cut off any portion of wood shim that is still
exposed. From inside the shed, drive a 1” nail through the fl oor into the shim
to hold it in place.
