If the device does not start after troubleshooting, or if the
button is still ashing red and a signal is still heard.
Never try to repair or disassemble the device, there is a risk
of electric shock.
Return the device to the retailer/place of purchase in its
original packaging.
1. The front and rear grilles can be removed, these affect the emergency breaker when
correctly installed (the device can be powered up).
2. If the On/Off button ashes red and you hear a signal, the emergency breaker has
been activated.
3. The device cannot be started in this mode.
4. Check that the front grille is correctly installed. The grille is attached using magnets,
pull straight out to remove it.
5. Reattach the front grille. A clear click is heard from the magnets when the grille is tted
6. If the device is still ashing red and giving a signal.
7. Check that the rear grille is correctly attached using the same procedure as in points
5 and 6 above.
8. If the front or rear grille is removed while the device is running, the emergency breaker is
activated and the fan stops spinning. The device ashes red and emits an audio signal.
9. Once the device has been reset (On/Off button shows no colour), follow the
startup procedure.
