TRANSFER PUMP LEVER ACTION

OWNER/OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY

It is the owner/operator responsibility to properly use

and maintain this equipment.

The instructions and warnings contained in this manual

shall be read and understood by the owner/operator

prior to operating this equipment.

If an owner/operator does not understand english, the

contents of this manual shall be explained in the owner/

operator native language to assure the owner/operator

comprehends.

It is the owner/operator responsibility to maintain the leg-

ibility of all warning and instruction labels.

DESCRIPTION

Suitable to pump diesel fuel, lubricating oils up to SAE

140 (@ 70°F) and other non-corrosive uids.

Supplied with 1.8m (6 ft) delivery hose and metal nozzle.

Variable handle setting for light or heavy uids.

Telescopic suction tube ts 60 liter (16 us gal) and 205

liter (55 us gal) drums. Convenient bung opener cast on

pump head.

The owner/operator shall retrain this manual for future

reference to important warnings, operating and mainte-

nance instructions.

SPECIFICATIONS

Output approximately .26 quart (250ml)\ stroke.

Not for use with gasoline or other amable liquids.

The 1335 is a multi-uid pump that contains the following

wetted components:

This close tolerance pump works with non corrosive uids

What to do if my Lincoln Water Pump fails to prime?

  If your Lincoln Water Pump fails to prime, there are several potential causes. First, the Footvalve ball may not be sealing. Remove and clean the footvalve, then reassemble it using Pipe Sealant on the threads. Second, the Piston Valve could be damaged and not seating properly; replace the Piston and Piston Rod Assembly. Finally, the O-Ring might not be sealing; if so, replace the O-Ring.

Why is my Lincoln 1335 Water Pump so hard to pump?

  If your Lincoln Water Pump is hard to pump, it could be due to a few reasons. First, the Gland Nut might be screwed down too tight; try adjusting it. Second, the handle might be in the wrong position for the fluid you're pumping; adjust the Handle Position. Lastly, a bent Piston Rod could be the culprit; in this case, replace the Piston Rod and Piston Assembly.
